In a message to first time voters in Buckingham Constituency John Bercow has asked those new to the franchise to think carefully about their decision and use their vote in the forthcoming election. He said: “consider the record of each candidate, and to decide which candidate would be best placed to represent you. Young people have so much to contribute to the national debate and I cannot emphasise enough how much your vote matters”
John Bercow has been reporting back to constituents along the route of the proposed HS2 line through Buckingham Constituency.
In a message to those most badly affected by the proposals John set out the work he has done on the issue and pledged to keep fighting on behalf of his constituents.
John Bercow has praised the efforts of schools in the constituency following another set of good results in the School and College Performance Tables.
John said, “Across the board, Buckingham constituency schools performed superbly, and it is a tribute to the pupils, the staff and the leadership of the respective headteachers.”

Christmas is here again. It only seems five minutes since I last wrote words to this effect last year – as always, the time has flown.
I have been attending the usual Christmas fetes, bazaars, coffee mornings and gatherings in the Buckingham constituency over the past few weeks and, although these very pleasant events tend to tail off towards the end of December.
